Primary Purpose: To provide administrative duties to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Prioritize and categorize in-tray of the office, daily. Check the correctness and rectify all correspondence before sending them out. Take minutes during meetings. Capture and process invoices on SAP. Screen and channel the calls to the relevant personnel on a daily basis. Schedule appointments and meetings. Book venues for meetings or presentations. Replenish stationery as and when required. Reconcile petty cash book on a weekly basis by ensuring that receipts are recorded accurately and effectively. Ensure that petty cash is audited on a monthly basis. Maintain archiving of completed files.

Compile and consolidate monthly, quarterly reports. Ensure that reports are submitted one week before the date of submission by Informing/reminding the relevant managers. Report any computer/printer-related problems.

Inherent requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4) with at least 6 months secretarial certificate or Diploma (NQF 5) 3 years’ administrative or secretarial experience with strong writing and communication skills; Computer literacy strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
