Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit VAT201 monthly. Reconcile intercompany debtor/creditor/loan/investor accounts monthly. Review payroll balance sheet account recons. Prepare supporting schedules for other asset and liability accounts. Review journal entries submitted by the finance team and upload them into AccPac. Prepare monthly provision for bad debts and calculation for obsolete stock. Assist with audit queries on a regular basis. Carrying Adhoc duties as and when required by management.

Minimum requirements: Minimum South African Matric. BCom degree Financial Accounting or equivalent, Fluent English. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a medium-sized company. Minimum 2 years balance sheet recon and investigation of reconciling items experience. Minimum 1-year Accpac (Sage 300) experience. Proficient in all MS Office packages.
