Responsibility: The incumbent will report to the Technical Manager and be responsible for: collecting and analyzing quality reports from overseas clients, supporting clients in dealing with quality problems, classifying quality issues according to their financial impact, capturing data on the Dipar system, communicating quality reports to Stem's producers, assisting the commercial team in checking results of the problem product, reporting shipping claims.

The ideal candidate has relevant Tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience with the Dipar system will be advantageous. Good communication and analytical skills are important.
