RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Debtors and Creditors. Bookkeeping to Trial Balance. Manage Bank Reconciliations. VAT reconciliation, preparation, and submission. Salary admin including EMP501 recons. Financial Reports on monthly variance analyses. Cost Accounting. Operational stats. Cash Flow Management. Internal Control Measures. Implementation of accounting system policies. Continuously monitoring and flagging system issues and identifying potential improvements to the system.

Letters/credit applications: Insurance claims. Asset registers.

Qualifications and experience: Suitable tertiary qualification. Minimum 3 years experience. Advanced Excel Skills. Experience in pastel or similar accounting software. Qlikview and Vitrax experience is preferred. Good analytical and communication skills. Self-motivated, accurate and pay attention to detail.
