The perfect candidate for this role must have experience in Warranties as well as hold outstanding customer service skills.

Requirements: Matric Certification. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Automotive dealership. A minimum of 2 years’ Service Advisory and Warranty experience. Outstanding customer service. A good track record. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Ability to stay self-motivated at all times. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.

Proficiency with industry-specific software. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
