Operational and Project Management - Conceptualization and initiation: Development of project proposals (for internal and external use). Preparing project costings. Pitching proposals to potential clients.

Operational and Project Management – Planning: Developing specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals for business unit and individual projects.

Ensuring the following is covered in each project plan: Project plan with milestones / KPIs (Work Breakdown Schedule). Resource planning (human and assets). Budgets and cash flows. Governance / Compliance plans (incl. reporting tools). Risk management.
