Human Resource Administrator, Other, Northern Suburbs. A growing technology company needs an HRA that will provide overall HRA support and assistance with recruitment.

Min requirements: Matric, HR qualification or certificate, 2 years' payroll, 2 years' recruitment. AT least 1 year general human resource assistance. Proficient in MS applications, especially Word and Excel. You will live within 18km max of the offices- Durbanville Hills.

Afrikaans is a bonus. If you have not heard back within 4 days you have not been shortlisted. We want someone with under 12 years total work experience or you will be too advanced for this level of role. Only SA to apply.

Responsibility: Recruitment and selection. HR administration. Maintaining all physical and electronic employee files. Leave reconciliations. Administration of loan applications. Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes (i.e. monthly reporting, EE reports, training reports, etc).

Conducting HR audits where required. Ad hoc HR reporting where required. Adding new employees and making amendments to company branch list monthly. Compile monthly recharges for approval and submit to relevant stakeholders. EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Arranging trauma counselling if required and obtaining proof of attendance.

Injuries on duty: Submission of all workplace injuries to the Compensation Commissioner through the online submissions portal. Follow up on pending claim numbers and existing claims. Liaise with employees and relevant medical practitioners to obtain relevant supporting documentation.

Wiki: Assist with maintaining employee profiles on the Wiki. Assist with maintaining and updating HR information on the Wiki.

 Benefit administration: Schedule meetings for employees with the company broker. Submit all benefit applications through to relevant external stakeholder and follow up on status of applications and amendments to policies.

Training: Capturing training attendance registers. Administration of training fund applications. Obtaining training feedback reports.

Terminations: Ensuring tickets are logged to close user accounts of terminated employees. Assist with exit interviews in the absence of the HR Manager. Remove terminated employees from the company branch list. Administering relevant termination paperwork and compiling a termination pack for approval.

 Health and safety: Assisting with ad hoc health and safety tasks as and when required.

Staff wellness: Assist with coordinating ad hoc staff functions/events/wellness drives as and when required.

Payroll: Capture and update all information onto the payroll system by the 24th of each month. Open a payroll file to maintain all documents at the start of each new pay run. Benefit and leave administration. Processing of all additional reimbursement and par related allowances. Refer to the payroll schedule to ensure that the correct information is entered and/or removed on the payroll system each month. Print and reconcile earnings and deductions reports after capturing and processing all data onto payroll. Print, password protect and email pay slips to all employees by the 31st of each month. Liaise with management and staff on all payroll related queries. Assist with any payroll-related queries and issues timeously. Reconciliation of PAYE, UIF, SDL and third-party payments. Preparation for provisional tax submissions in August. Preparation of tax year-end submissions (IRP5s) in February. Password protect and distribute IRP5s to all employees in the new tax year.

TaCOS: Load and remove new and terminated employees respectively on a monthly basis. Upload employee documents monthly. Capture and process employee leave monthly. Process monthly payroll on the ERP system, TaCOS.

Salary: R14000-15000
