Experience / Education: 3 Years’ experience in a Property environment, preferably Property management. Basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing , Painting would be a recommendation. Key Performance: Building Management & Administration. Contribute ideas in terms of marketing campaigns to let vacant units and maximize income. Ensure maintenance concerns reported by tenants and in general are escalated internally and resolved successfully. Monthly inspections to be done on the property and reported to head office. Deliver communications to the tenants ( i.e. vacate notices, increase letter, monthly statement, incoming and outgoing inspections with tenants).

Clear communication and monthly reporting to head office. Minor general maintenance. Ensuring that all operational equipment ( i.e. lifts, fire equipment ) is functional and serviced. Ensuring that the general cleanliness and upkeep of the building is at acceptable standards at all times. Interfacing with prospective tenants for viewings. Supervise staff and contractors. Working conditions. Building based. Inside and out. Standby for Emergencies over weekend/public holidays and after hours.
