Job Details: A leading trading and distribution company in the UAE is looking for: SOFTWARE & HARDWARE ENGINEER. Skills set required: Experience in VB and SQL queries; Strong experience in Oracle forms and reports; Experience in BI reporting; Expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel; Hands-on experience in maintaining & customizing existing ERP systems (Orion); Capable of handling data migration to any other ERP system; E-mail management; Installation of operating systems, antivirus and other software as and when required; Maintenance of servers, computers, network and connectivity; Competitive sourcing of hardware, software, licenses, etc. as and when required in the office. Desktop operating systems support on all PCs and laptops; MS Office support, file sharing support and antivirus support on all PCs; Troubleshooting print services, VPN and Internet; System performance analysis skills and experience are highly preferred; Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Quick and willing to learn, self-motivated, with attention to detail and team player; Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field will be preferred.
