2. Staff Management: Roster Control, Time sheet and Wages management. Leave Control - Vacation, Sick, unpaid, etc. Time and Attendance. Maintain Discipline. Staff attire and adherence to dress code. Forecourt & Shop Assistance in the absence of staff members - wherever assistance is required. Staff Training.

3. Site Management: Maintaining equipment and systems. Preventative and general maintenance activities (e.g. Generator, Compressor, etc.). Cleanliness. Document control and records - Filing systematically and maintenance of records.

4. Stock/Inventory Control: Ordering and receipt of stock, Ensuring products are well displayed in accordance with planograms, Dealing with suppliers - negotiate the best service level and pricing structures.

5. Customer Services: Attending to queries and complaints - timeously and courteously. Ensuring Customers serviced beyond expectation.

6. General: Experience at a Service Station would be advantageous. Must be Well spoken and able to communicate effectively.
