Description: A well-established company based in Randburg require a self-motivated, target driven individual to join our call Centre as a junior floor Manager, to manage a floor of teams of 10-15 call centre agents. All applicants must have previous outbound call centre experience.

Job Summary: As a Junior manager you must be able to support your floor. The Junior manager will be responsible for all success of their floor by agreeing, implementing and monitoring teams as well as floor’s objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. The junior manager will report to the senior Call centre manager.

Job Description: Monitor the floors performance and activity. Keeping up to date with company strategies and new developments. Ensuring that the floor is always 100% up to date with company strategies and new developments. Ensuring that changes in the product and techniques are communicated efficiently and timeously to all team leaders and agents. Ensuring that changes are implemented effectively within the set time frames.

Understand and communicate the effect of the quality of the sales. Motivating the floor to adhere to sales strategy. Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the teams. Work with individuals and teams to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies. Remuneration: Basic salary R10k-R15k (depending on experience) + Commission.
