Facilities Manager Required, City Centre, Cape Town. Company Name: Take Note SA. We are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to manage a Social Housing Initiative at a City of Cape Town Facility.
The role of the Facilities Manager is to be our single point of contact on site, and to supervise and liaise between: Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Building Maintenance, Management, The Client.
The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for monthly reporting.
Salary: R 28 000 per month. Cost to Company
Key Requirements: 5 Years of Experience. Relevant Tertiary Level Qualification – Minimum NQF Level 6. Ability to Plan logically and coordinate multiple teams. Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel). Must be based in Cape Town. Fluent in English and Afrikaans
