We are URGENTLY looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead, direct and manage day-to-day administrative duties. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will be expected to:

Main Responsibilities: Develop, updates and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Communicate staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations.

Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Create and maintain accurate filing system. Managing payroll, benefits, and leave program. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements: Degree / Diploma / Certificates holder in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of experience as Human Resources Manager. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. People-oriented and results-driven. Good command of spoken and written English; additional language is a plus
