Minimum requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in telecommunication (PABX, VoIP, CCTV and connectivity) is required. Knowledge & Experience in data and voice telecommunication network structuring and equipment is essential. Must be able to work within the framework of deadlines, and be able to complete task within these time constraints and work independently. Punctual, honest, hardworking, loyal and dedicated to client service.

Site Surveys, Provide support to multiple clients, Installation and integration, New WAN/LAN setup, General understanding of SIP protocol, connectivity APN and troubleshooting, Product knowledge – Yealink, Grandstream, NEC & Ubiquiti. Valid driver’s license is essential.
