Key Performance Areas: Answer general phone enquiries. Greet visitors, Invoicing of daily dispatches as well as passing credit notes, when necessary. Typing of documents and spreadsheets (Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel).

Using Syspro and other software packages, as required. Data entry and maintenance of the company’s databases. Capturing of daily Production figures, and producing monthly production report. Dealing with customers telephonically and by email, regarding follow up of existing orders and quotations.

Provide administrative support to management and sales staff. Assist customers collecting goods and ensuring that correct orders are loaded. Education and Experience, Matric. Previous telephonic and internal sales position, preferably in a technical environment. (candidates from a retail sales environment like a supermarket, clothing, department store enviroment etc, will not be considered. Valid Code 08 drivers license. Any previous technical experience would be an advantage. Able to deal with clients, at a senior level. R9,5k - R10k plus benefits (50% medical aid and pension).
