Chefs Wanted For Beautiful New Winelands Restaurant, Hermanus, Overberg. Company Name: FARRO. Staff Wanted for Restaurant in Bot Rivier Winelands. Waiters & Chefs, all levels. Staff required for a new, busy restaurant opening at Gabrielskloof Wine Estate in Bot Rivier.

Farro is a high-end Modern European restaurant offering breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. The staff of all levels must be hard-working, friendly, and willing to learn and adapt. We are a family-run restaurant with a small team. We work hard but we work together.

Back of House Staff: Chefs (all levels) and Scullers. Kitchen experience is essential. High-End dining is preferred, and experience in busy restaurants is a plus. Must be proficient in knife skills. Knowledge of health & safety and good use of hygiene at work is essential. Professional training is preferred but not essential. Must be willing to work hard and learn! Team players only!

Front of House Staff: Happy, friendly staff required! Manager, Waiters, Barista. Must have some experience in restaurants and be well presented. Bilingual preferred (English / Afrikaans), however not essential. You need to have common sense, a good work ethic, and not be afraid to run around and be on your feet all shift. Big smiles are an absolute must!

Basic Salary, Staff Meals, and Tips included. Salary depends on the level you can work at. The start date beginning of April 2022.
