Key Performance Areas: Ensure Back Store service levels are in line with company policies. Maintain operational standards in compliance with store audits.

Communication and coordination with the Team Leader and Sales Associates.

Stock level awareness and adherence to department operational parameters.

Load- unload, stock arrangement and delivering of stocks.

Helping/ assisting customers and other store staff.
