Office Assistant, Durban North, North Suburbs. Company Name: Magic Bikinis. We are a small company in need of a fabulous person with a creative eye, who can learn fast and help us with orders admin and general office duties.

Your role will include dealing with clients both new and returning - in person(face to face) on the phone, on WhatsApp, by email, through Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Your knowledge of the above platforms and how they work effectively is essential. Computer literacy in outlook, excel and word is essential as you will be required to not only competently process new orders, but also manage them right the way through to dispatch. 6-7 month contract... with a view to an extension if business allows.
