Looking for HR Coordinator/s to join our team and be part of the AG Construction family. We’re searching for talented candidates to maintain, generate and control our policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organization and the employees with best HR practices.

Minimum required skills and qualification

+3 years of experience within the HR Department, preferably from the facility industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle data with confidentiality

Good organizational and time management skills
