Professional Qualification. Diploma in engineering in any or Graduation Degree in science. NDT Level II (Radio-graphic Testing). Minimum 03 year relevant experience

Job Description: oversee all operations related to Radiography works. Assist Facility to comply with regulatory requirements Maintenance of inventory item records. Inspection and maintenance of engineering controls, safety features, and warning features. overseeing the access control for controlled areas. establish and review periodically the arrangement for personal dosimetry. Maintain and review occupational dose records. Ensure the workers are suitably trained in the use of the equipment and radiation protection, and receive regular refresher training. Ensure the establishment and regular practice of emergency plans. supervise the worker place monitoring arrangement. Establish, issue, and review periodically the local rules (including work permits). investigate unusual exposures and overexposures. investigate and report incidents including accidents to the management and the regulatory authority. understanding customer needs and requirements and developing effective quality control processes. setting KPI according to the project/site/ technique. keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidelines and feedback. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
