Our client who specialises in manufacturing is expanding and looking for a CNC Laser Operator with 5 years experience for the Durban North Area. Set up, programming and operation of laser engraving machine. Read and interpret images or objects to engrave onto several different materials - PVC, vinyl, fabric.

Maintain a clean work area and assure safe operation of all equipment. Follow Preventive Maintenance schedule to keep machines in top order. Quality assurance for work performed. Ability to operate Imagery Software & manage your way around a laptop. Full understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risks associated with manufacturing areas.

Personal discipline to perform all assigned tasks and ensures product quality. Perform self inspection or quality checks of parts and ensure they meet print specifications. Work independently, but also as part of a team

Requirements: High School Grade 12. 5 years of experience working with laser engraving within a manufacturing environment.
