ComX is seeking the expertise of a Senior Administrator/Online Researcher/ Data Analyst to grow with our organisation.

Our Cape Town team is looking for a strong, experienced administrator/online researcher/ data manager to grow our global business. The chosen candidate will need to be highly productive, process driven, methodical, organised, resourceful, meticulous, detail orientated and able to multi task.

Company overview: ComX is an exciting new start-up company providing businesses globally with quality B2B sales prospecting and lead generation services.

Key responsibilities: Perform online research. Setup and use online system to process data (following pre-defind processes). Gather, analyse, quality check and prepare data in Excel spreadsheets. Analyse and categories email responses. Proactive collaboration with management on process improvements. Keep sensitive data confidential. Always ensure a high level of quality. (Note: This is not a manual data capturing role). (Note: This is not a client facing role).

Qualifications/ skills/ experience: LinkedIn research experience highly advantageous. Grade 12 (Tertiary education beneficial, but not required). Experience in senior administration/ online research/ recruitment research/ data capturing. Medium to advanced excel skills. Competent with computer and online systems.

Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to follow a process and perform repetitive tasks meticulously. Ability to be experimental and to suggest and test process improvements. Comfortable and adaptable within a new business.
