Clothing Quality Supervisor, City Centre, Durban City. Company Name: XO Collection (Pty) Ltd. We are a clothing manufacturing company recruiting for a Quality Supervisor.

Main duties include: Develop and implement a quality management system aligned to company size and operations. Interact with production team to maintain quality throughout the production process through end to end quality monitoring. Approve patterns and oversee the handling of sample evaluation and approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production. Review and give input on standard targets set for production. Supervise the quality examination team. Identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training for the production and quality teams. Address quality related issues during pre and post production meetings. Keep all necessary documents and quality Standard Operating Procedure.

Education: Matric. Quality related training for a clothing manufacturing environment.

Experience: 5 or more years working as a supervisor in the quality department of a clothing manufacturing company.
