Duties As Follows: Must Have Experience. Accounts Maintenance Daily / Weekly / Ad Hoc Tasks: Working within the Pastel accounts system.

Daily capturing and reconciling of bank accounts and branch cash books: Daily capturing of all Supplier Invoices. Capturing of debtor receipts. Capturing of creditor payments. Sending copy of invoices and statements, as required. Monitoring of the Accounts Inbox and responding where appropriate and marking as dealt with. Preparing payment requisitions on a bi-weekly basis. Assisting Finance Director as and when required.

Monthly Tasks: Sending out statements at month-end to all customers with outstanding balances. Monitoring of aged debtors. VAT reconciliations. Reconciling debtors and creditors.
