Duties and Responsibilities: Check-in/Check Out Guests. Ensure Guests information is accurate on the Management System. Concierge Services. Create a positive work environment for employees. Required Minimum Educational Qualifications/Work Experience. Diploma/Degree relevant to the field of Hospitality knowledge of booking platforms, nights bridge, any PMS a requirement. Minimum of 1 year in a similar role of reception or reservations.
Key Skills: The ability to work collaboratively and build confidence and buy in with multiple stakeholders. Strong ability to execute capabilities. Work independently flexible to work shift hours. Fluent in English and any other language. Accountable and able to take ownership.
