An ideal candidate must be qualified accountant with 10 years experience in all financial activities, from budgeting, revenue, P&L, reporting, working capital and cash flow management, financial planning, analysis, Compliance and Risk.

Advising Management on all financial aspects. Prepare the finance strategy in line with the organization’s overall strategy and mission and ensure that the Finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business.

Responsible for Finance planning and analysis, operating and revenue budgets and business plans ensuring adherence to the organization’s strategic objectives & goals, and compliance with requisite guidelines and time targets.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the organization, so as to provide clear insight into its financial condition enabling high quality and agile decision making.

Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting teams. Coach, develop and mentor team members.

Salary AED 45,000 - 50,000 per month + Kids education + Family benefits.
