Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries. Extensive experience on Pastel accounting software. Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices. Great customer service skills to work with various clients.

Knowledge of data entry for record keeping. General administrative skills, including managing emails, reports etc. Invoice Clerk experience requirements. Extensive experience with invoicing on Pastel Accounting and a basic knowledge of bookkeeping would be an added advantage. Invoicing Clerk hands on experience of at least 3 years. Must be able to work well under pressure and handle large volumes of daily invoices to be generated.
