Core responsibilities: Analyse projects and jobs to ensure correctly costed. Supervision of stock takes. Supervision of the min/ max inventory levels. Involvement with the inventory control system. Implementation of the electronic systems required for inventory control. Supervision of the policies and procedures of the company relating to inventory and job/ projects. Supervision of the purchasing function. Generating reports and information as required management.

Minimum requirements: Matric with relevant finance qualification. 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Advanced excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookup and data tables). Strong accounting knowledge. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Meticulous and organized person. Go getter attitude and needs to be able to dig in and be hands on. Ability to work under stressful and pressurized conditions. Time management is critical. Accuracy and attention to detail.
