Previous call centre experience with References. Job level: Junior / Entry level. Previous call centre experience. Job Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 17:00 pm & Saturday: 8:00 am – 14:00 pm.

Applicants for the position should meet the following key requirements and competencies: The ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment. Accuracy and attention to detail. An ability to focus and concentrate. Exceptional customer service skills. Good telephonic manner. Basic PC skills. Excellent communication skills. Target driven and to meet targets. Clear criminal record (non-negotiable). Minimum education level – Grade 12.

Salary details: Starting Salary R4500 + Uncapped commission (PLUS Medical Aid if permanently employed after 4 months) plus salary review after 3mnths probation.
