Remote NOC Support Agents, Vredenburg, West Coast. Company Name: Africa on Cloud. We are looking for 2 independent contractors for our remote installs support team, this position is an outsourcing position for a well-known FNO. Scope of Work. Monitor Networks, report to technical team and send out comms. First line Telephonic Support to fibre clients. Support maintenance teams on site. First Response on ticketing system as well as pushing for resolutions within the internal team. Training will be provided.

Qualifying Criteria: A basic understanding of how FNO’s operate. Customer Service experience. Past experience in the ISP/FNO space with contactable references will count in your favour.

This is a remote position; therefore, the following is a requirement: Computer/laptop (i5 or equivalent and up, 8GB Ram and up). Stable internet connection (10Mbps minimum, 30ms Ping maximum), Windows 10, A contingency plan for load shedding/Network outages, Headsets, Second Monitor, Working Hours: This is for a 24/7.

Network Support position two shifts available: Midnight to 8am Wednesdays – Sundays (Actual days may change). 5pm – Midnight Mondays – Fridays (Actual days may change). The position is for a support contact centre. You will be required to work Public holidays and Sundays depending on the shift roster.

Remuneration: R6,500.00 pm
