Administrative & Digital Assistant to the CEO of Happy Workplace:  Reporting to the CEO, this position is tasked with providing a proficient administrative and digital support service to the CEO of Happy Workplace, a small culture activation consultancy based in the northern coastal region of KZN.

A sample of Duties and Responsibilities (abbreviated): Handling and/or editing correspondence. Agenda & action compilation for high-level meetings. Diary management & Travel arrangements. Registration and RSVPs for Conferences and Meetings. Preparation and distribution of agendas, documents, reports etc. Preparation/formatting of electronic presentation documents, namely PowerPoint, Excel & Word. Event management - organizing/booking venues and arranging catering and refreshments where necessary. Administration related to budget, procurement, and processing of invoices &expenses. Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.

General housekeeping (may involve purchasing of groceries); Tax and medical aid queries; Company vehicle servicing, licensing and traffic fines; Cell phone contracts; Etc. Assist the CEO to craft and manage an active marketing, digital and social media profile. Research the latest digital tools that can be deployed when implementing culture initiatives for clients. Setting up digital surveys and monitoring and analysing the responses. Research on key trends and compilation of reports to portray a summarised version of those trends. Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Education and Experience: Matric + 3-year qualification ideally. Valid driver's license with own transport. Minimum 1-3 years in a similar/related role.

Knowledge and Skills: Energetic, cheerful disposition with a proactive attitude. Ability to multitask & organized. Time management. Excellent Interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. Excellent use of MS Word, Excel & PPoint. Digital literacy. Remuneration and Benefits: Market Related.
