Requirements: Must have 5 years experience in management and Head Designer post. Must have worked in CMT or fashion Manufacturing store. Must be able to drive or use Taxify or Uber apps. Must have qualification in fashion design. Must be able to sketch Garments and tailor them. Run Daily meetings with Team. Run weekly meetings with owner. Draft quotes and invoices for clients. Must have computer literacy and be able to do  monthly presentations and charts. Poaching of clients to increase sales. Prepare monthly work and budgets. Prepare weekly work schedule for workers. Participate on promotions to increase sales (online, markets Physical growth seminars). Advertise Business to get more sales. Ensure stock is delivered on time. Upload new items online for sale. Must be able to use photoshop and other social platforms eg Instagram for posting. Prepare workers payslip. Manage workers needs and leave. Propose Innovative ideas and new designs. Meet and communicate with clients. Manage Stock. Book stock for collection and delivery. Must have managed team before. Schedule Photoshoots.
