About the Role: The College is seeking a Head of Year to commence in 2025 in an ongoing position. We invite current and emerging leaders to consider this exciting middle leadership opportunity at the College. The Head of Year will lead wellbeing and pastoral care across an assigned year level in the Senior School (7–12). They work in partnership with the Deputy Principal Community in the development and implementation of a community vision which promotes a positive College environment conducive to learning.
About You: Our ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified, hold current TRBWA registration and have WWC clearance, in addition to a personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic-based education to students in the College community
The ability to foster nurturing and positive relationships with students to cater for their needs. demonstrated competence in classroom management and an understanding of explicit and differentiated instruction. A commitment to continuous improvement, best practices in teaching & learning, and innovation. The ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students.
