Administrative Assistants

Polaris Leasing Ltd. is expanding and is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Administrative Assistants. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative duties.
Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Reception duties.
Organize, process, input, various documentation.
Supply general information to customers and suppliers.
Prepare documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
Education and skill requirements:
Graduate from a recognized college is an asset.
The ideal candidates will have the skills to communicate effectively.
Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidates will be team and detail oriented, must possess excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills and must have the ability to function in a fast-paced team environment.
