Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Excel, Windows, Ceridian
Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm
Type Of Payroll Method: Computerized
Specific Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Make deductions and remittances, Maintain employee records, Prepare monthly statements, Prepare employee payments and benefits, Process forms and documentation for administration of benefits, Compile statistical reports, Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
Additional Skills: Store, update and retrieve financial data, Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
