Duties are to be performed under the direction of the Car Park Supervisor
Handle and record sales and maintain records of sales accurately and efficiently
Working hours may include Fridays and holidays.
Duties may be assigned on flexible shifts (Day/ Night).
Maintain good communications and consult regularly with the Supervisor and Car Park Manager.
Attend to the emergency vehicle mechanical failures when required.
Maintains excellent customer service and good relations with all Clients/Visitors.
Cooperate and liaise with Client’s security department to manage Car Park Security
Implement an effective process for reporting incidents, violation and conducting timely investigations and inform Supervisor immediately
Maintain an Emergency response plan as approved by Client’s Health & Safety team.
Compliance with Health and Safety manuals and procedures
Guide vehicle to the vacant spaces to avoid unnecessary circulation and traffic congestion.
Identify and notify any unusual activity within the car park
Inspecting accidents and injuries, reviewing, analyzing, registering and writing report
Handling traffic inside the car park and assure smooth flow of traffic all the time
Ensure prevention of any theft, crime and non-social activities inside the car park
Practice lost and found tracking mechanism.
