Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 5 years or more
Work Setting: Motor vehicle repair shop

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
