Proactively identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Conduct site visits and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hotel industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for hospitality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.
