Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients. Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide information and assistance to guests. Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests. Manage reservations and room assignments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Handle mail and packages. Coordinate with other departments for guest services. Ensure a positive and welcoming environment.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in telephone and customer service etiquette. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive and friendly demeanor. Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and office software. High school diploma or equivalent. Professional appearance and conduct.
