Duties and Responsibilities Training: In-class theory. In-class Practicals. e-Learning and Webinars

Job Description: Assist in development and manage the development of training material. Provide support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs. Oversee training processes by monitoring training methods and giving feedback on training areas that need to be improved. Manage and develop training content. Assisting head Facilitator in daily aspects. Work closely with team members to identify key training needs. Find the best practice to implement training activities. Develop suitable evaluation and assessments for training. Monitoring, evaluating and taking accurate records of training activities and program effectiveness. Report on test evaluation results/ Provide feedback to learners as well as Assessors and Moderators. Be active on all platforms in driving continuous learning.

Experience and Qualifications The following is required: Experience or a qualification in HR. Experience or a qualification in Labour Law. Work Permit if foreign national. Fluent in English. A basic understanding of popular local languages such as Zulu or Setswana/Sesotho would be advantageous. Package and Remuneration. Market Related.
