Duties will include General handyman work. Plumbing - (Pipe repairs & Fitment). Painting. Ceiling installations. General building. Drain clearing/unblocking. Welding. General carpentry (doors/bic/kitchens/roofing). Project management. Quotations. Costings & BOQs. Drywalling. Swimming pool maintenance (Advanced). General maintenance. Waterproofing. Roofing. Basic electrical knowledge.

NB. You must be a hands-on handyman, you will be working yourself, and you will have a semi-skilled assistant that will assist in your duties.

Employment information: 07 am to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Every 2nd Saturday from 08 am to 12 pm. Company vehicle supplied. Tools supplied. App & software training provided (applicant must be Microsoft literate). Permanent position. Non-AA/EE/BBEEE position.

Min requirements: Industry experience (Residential/Industrial/Commercial) Maintenance. RSA driver's License. Sober habits. At least 5 years of experience. Must have safe parking for company vehicles. No criminal record (will be checked). Must be able to work after hours and overtime and weekends when needed. Must be able to fluently read and write Afrikaans & English reports. Must have Microsoft Office experience.
