Experienced Pet Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Petworld Cape Gate. Pet world is a large Pet Retail group. We are looking for an experienced Store manager or Assistant Store Manager. No CV's will be looked at without PET retail Managerial experience.

Your duties and responsibilities will include: Customer friendliness (greeting, helping, etc). Enthusiasm, Punctuality, Productivity, Team Player. Responsible for managing a Pet Retail Store - all aspects. Management of staff (+/- 20), Staff appraisals and Staff Training. Manage in store promotions are communicated to and implemented by staff. Monitor correct capturing and scanning of invoices and that queries are followed up on. Ordering of stock. Checking that staff advise on stock levels on a regular basis to ensure correct ordering and a sufficient supply of products to sell. Ensure there is regulating and monitoring of expiry dates of stock. Assisting Human Resources with staff and other relevant admin as and when required. Required to assist/be available during the store’s stock-taking exercise (at least once a year). Ensure all you and all store staff adhere to the set standards and all the standard operating procedures.

Ensure store growth in turnover. Requirements: At least 3-5 year experience in Assisting in the Management of a medium tolarge Pet Retail store. Grade 12 Qualifications: Own Transport.
