Requirements Essential: Minimum 5 years recent experience within the automotive industry. Relevant engineering qualification. Analytical with high level of technical insight & experience. Excellent technical knowledge of the Six Sigma.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Change Agent & Leader. Analytical with high level of technical insight & experience. Good technical knowledge of the Six Sigma subject matter. Computer “MS” software packages skilled. Minitab statistical software package skilled. Proven leadership skills and business acumen – performance driven. Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.

Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction of world-class change management and a passion for Six Sigma methodologies as a strategically critical business philosophy. Good working knowledge of the principles and philosophies of total quality management and high-performance work systems. Ability to conceptualize very complex problems. Good project management skills, disciplined with a high sense of urgency. Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.
