Butchery Training Manager, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Company Name: Evolution Recruitment. Butchery Training Manager- Gqeberha (PE). The purpose of the Butchery Training Manager is to go around the areas in and around PE, conducting training programs to all Butchery staff.

Requirements: 3 years as a Butchery Training Manager /Officer. SETA Training, Grade 12, Valid Drivers' license. Available to live in Gqeberha (PE.)

Duties: Training seta skills programme on meat market department. Managing the butcheries (Training Programmes) in the whole EC. Monitoring the progress of the trainee managers on and also the trainee regional managers. Facilitate Management Development training programme to the regional and trainee managers. Developing a monitoring schedule and model to improve and track the progress of learners, regional and trainee managers. Plan the delivery of all internal training and maintain the E-Learning function within the company. Monitoring the cleanliness of each store in my region. Preparing store visits from Divisional and Executive managers. Making sure that the store (butchery) has enough stock. Assess the learners, trainee managers and regional managers. Facilitate the Regional Manager training to the butchery managers ear marked for regional manager opportunities.

Recruiting learners for the skills programme for all butcheries in the region. Compile monthly training reports. Facilitation/Assessor for certain programmes. Provide induction, policy and procedure training for all learners. Review and update training material when required. Develop strong working relationship with all concerned SETA’s. Prepare documentation for skills and development audits including training, SETA documents. Maintain department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure maintenance and updating of training provided for all staff, include type of training, description of training outcome and employee’s name.
