Qualifications: A Bcom degree in Accounting, with Accounts 2, Finance or other business-related field. A Property Investment-related degree will be advantageous. 4 or more years of experience in property investment/property finance structuring. The individual needs to possess the ability to build and maintain relationships, have strong negotiation skills and be results-focused.
Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in Business Investment. Experience in Banking, sales and marketing.

Responsibility: Take complete ownership of financial management, encompassing income and expenses, within the area office, ensuring financial stability and adherence to approved budgets. Oversee the end-to-end property investment process within the area office, with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management for wholly owned property acquisitions, joint venture property investments and owner-occupied property acquisitions for business owners. Actively participate in various committee meetings, providing input and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
Prepare and present detailed investment proposal reports for consideration by relevant investment committees, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all documentation. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote X Limited’s services and products, while actively engaging in presentations and networking activities to foster industry relationships. Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships with key intermediaries and industry stakeholders to generate consistent deal flow opportunities, all while promoting and strengthening the brand of X Limited. Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures, contributing to the overall success and growth of these partnerships. Actively participate in the development, management, and retention of your direct report. Actively participate in the building of a team through the recruitment and selection, and to the development, management, and retention of additional direct reports.
