Key Responsibilities: Debt Recovery: Pursue outstanding debts from customers and clients.

Communication: Contact debtors to discuss repayment plans and resolve payment issues.

Negotiation: Negotiate and agree on suitable payment arrangements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and customer interactions.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on collection activities and progress.

compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.

Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
