Job Details: we are expanding! As a part of our expansion plans, we are looking to hire candidates for the below-mentioned positions in Dubai. Assistant Project Manager Be/B.Tech. - Civil, from a reputed university with 4-7 years experience in construction of villas, high-rise commercial/residential towers representing a reputed property developer. Responsible for conducting project feasibility analysis, reviewing plans and submitting report to the Head - Property Development. Active participation in the design and approval phase along with the consultants, project engineers and Head - Property Development. Reviewing and updating project cost analysis through the design phase and reporting to the Head - Property Development.
