Office Administrator, HeyRam Consulting Ltd. Location Saskatoon, SK. Salary 28.00 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time, Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year.

Responsibilities: Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Receive payments from customers. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
