Senior IT Specialist. Region: Riyadh (Riyadh). A Leading company in Riyadh for Foods and Consumer Products requires urgently Sr. IT Specialist. Job Title: # Senior _IT _Specialist.

Main job Duties: Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands. Support network infrastructure activities. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Give technical support for all users as a first layer of support. Troubleshoot issues and problems solving. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees. Ability to manage support in more than 1 planet facility in schedule basis.

Job Requirements: BSc. in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field. 4+ years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, and network. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best Practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. Able to support multiple projects efficiently, maintain strict confidentiality, function in a dynamic environment, handle stress and high levels of responsibility, and work well in a team environment.

Experience in corporate networks, specifically networks that span multiple subnets. Experience in Office 365 support . Proficiency in English. Excellent communication skills. Team Leadership.
