Position: Mechanical and Electrical Technician

Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery and food processing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Requirements: Proven experience as a mechanical and electrical technician, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment, including mixers, ovens, and conveyors. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and PLCs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
